The 5th Street Marina has added additional WIFI outdoor access points to expand free WIFI service for customers of the marina. Antenna’s have been mounted at different locations with each set to a unique frequency. Equipment on the vessel or nearby can sometimes cause interference on a particular frequency. Now, customers have several options to choose from and the signals have been reportedly been strong.
“The Marina has cabling so that customers can connect directly to the internet, but we have found that most people prefer the ease of WIFI access.” stated Orin Black, General Manager.
